They very in length based on size. But are your standard allen keys

How long are the long ones? I need 9 inches long.

They’re probably around 5 inches long

Are they supposed to come covered in oil?

I don’t know if they’re supposed to, but mine did have a coating of oil on them. I had to wipe all of them with a paper towel.
