This is the first book in a new series and introduces a new author CA Miconi. She along with JB Havens have written a great book. This book had me from to start. It had me laughing and crying and hot too! Both of the main characters (I can’t call them H and h because they both are central to this book) had been through such tragedies, it’s a wonder they were sane. Meg is running. Her husband died after suffering from cancer. She then lost the baby she was carrying. She ended up in Green Springs, Mississippi in a small motel run by “Nana”. Her car breaks down and she is forced to stay. Nana’s grandson, Drew, is all to willing to help to rude foul mouthed woman out. He recognizes a kindred spirit. He too has lost...his girlfriend, his leg, his football scholarship and his parents. These two have fun together but Meg has more grieving to do. Can this work for them?

We FINALLY see the lighter side to JB Havens' writing and I F'ng LOVED IT!!!We are introduced to a new author CA Miconi and she is simply amazing.Be Brave with Me has a way of weaving it's way into your heart and doesn't let go.We are introduced to Meg and Drew. Meg is working through losing someone very special to her. She is fighting her own personal turmoil and she takes off to see the world. After having some car issues, she lands herself in a small town and meets Drew.Drew had his life planned out for him. That changed in a matter of seconds with losing the things that mattered most to him. Deep in his depression and despair, he meets Meg.Both are suffering from some events that changed their lives.Both, Drew and Meg, are clawing their way out of their depression. Both of them are fighting their own personal demons. While Meg loves to run when things get too much, Drew tries to be there for her and help her through her demons while fighting his own.I loved everything about this book!! EVERYTHING!!What a great debut for CA Miconi. JB Havens, I can't wait to see more books like this!! Keep up the great work ladies!!

This is a must read book about love, loss and the hope of not only finding love again but finding out who you are meant to be after losing who you thought you were. There were strong characters and I especially loved Nana who turned out to be the perfect Grandmother for Drew when his family deserted him at a time in his life when he needed them the most. On a journey to find herself, Meg ends up in Green Springs, MS which is about as opposite a place to be from Cleveland where she left behind her memories and sorrow. Both Drew an Meg have some tragic memories to get past and yet they seem to be drawn to each other. I laughed, I cried and I hoped that there would be healing and maybe happiness for the both of them. This is a FANTASTIC start to the new series Finding Love in Green Springs and I CANNOT WAIT to read book 2. The pairing of the fantastic writings of established author J.B. Two broken hearted people, one more recent than the other but both trying to find some way to deal with all the emotional turmoil that comes with deep loss. This read has highs and even laughter, with fabulous banter between the two it also has a few lows with heartache that only someone who has dealt with such loss would understand. But this story is about so much more than that, its an inspirational journey of grief, through the pain to acceptance, to moving on and finding love again. I love the characters, the story is moving and well written, the blend between the two authors has worked so well you wouldnt believe its a first book for one and first romance for the other. It is beautiful and i look forward to more.

I want to live in Green Springs Mississippi! What a fantastic new small town romance from JB Havens and debut author CA Miconi.I loved how much I could relate to this story and how real it was. Drew's southern charm and Meg in her quest to find a new start away from the heartache she has dealt with. Both Miconi and Havens give us characters that you can't help but love and cheer for.For a first book in a new series, this one definitely makes you want many more from these two authors and I can't wait for Book 2!

I love a good series and this book is definitely a great start of a series by two very talented authors.Grief is always a hard subject to write, some books do it well and others like this one, do it very well. The authors show how hard it is to move forward and the guilt that is felt for enjoying life again. There are plenty of great moments in this book, ranging from sweet and light to painful and dark. I truly loved both Drew and Meg’s characters and was rooting for a HEA from chapter one, so glad they got theirs!

Be Brave With Me by J.B. Havens and CA Miconi is book One in the Finding Love in Green Springs Series. This is the story of Drew and Meg.Meg is out to find herself again after a terrible tragedy which leads her to Green Springs, Mississippi. There she ends up finding so much more. Meg also connects with Drew, who although going through something different is also filling the lost of his past.This was a read that took you through a lot of emotions. I really enjoyed it!
