The product surround is reasonable and it does clean well. However, having now used this to make a pastry based dessert, getting it out was an absolute pain! The base is so flexible the tart I had made bent it! (and no, the tart was not heavy and the base was crispy so should have come out easily) It was extremely difficult to get the tart out of the tin. Normally you would try and rest the tin on something to release the baked item, but everything I tried was useless. Eventually with a lot of effort I managed to get it out. Would never buy again, it's cheap and it's quality is reflected in the price. Avoid!

These were really great for quiches have used for like banoffee pie too slightly shallow but actually really great size.
