Bungee not double stitched.
The bottom securing bungee was only single stitched, so upon tightening to the seat the stitching just gave way. I wasn't forceful, just using it as intended. If that was resolved, it would be a reasonably good seat cover.

Expected better from the dickies brand lasted 24 hours and probably 4 car journeys before ripping 👎🏻
