This body pillow is a little thinner than some other body pillows, but I found it to be sufficient for my petite frame. I tried a different one that was much thicker than this one, thinking that would be better, but it was not comfortable for sleeping and I was waking up often. I’ve been told that knees and shoulders are the most common issues people have, and my PT suggested I use two pillows: one between the knees and another under the top arm when sleeping on your side. This body pillow is an all in one solution and it is so soft!

Perfect size and soft

I used this cooling body pillow throughout my pregnancy instead of a traditional pregnancy pillow, and I can’t say enough amazing things about it! It’s incredibly comfortable and cool to the touch, which was a lifesaver for those hot nights. While it does warm up with your body heat over time, I’m usually asleep before it ever gets too warm—and if I wake up, I just flip it over for a fresh, cool side. My husband loved it so much he kept trying to steal it, so we ended up getting him one too. Totally worth it. Great quality and perfect for anyone who loves a cool, cozy sleep!

I bought this, on the suggestion of one of my nurses, to help me sleep safely and comfortably following spinal fusion surgery. It was between this and a regular sized pillow because I definitely needed to have something to place under my knees when lying on my back. I was also told, to keep my spine properly aligned when sleeping on my side, that I needed to place a pillow between my knees.I'm so glad I went with the body pillow. Not only can I use it under my knees (on my back) and between my knees (on my side), I can also sort of wrap it around my body when lying on my side to have some support behind my back. Optionally, I can align the pillow with my body and "hug" it so it's between my knees and my arms. If this pillow was a really firm one, I wouldn't be able to use it in so many different ways. It's soft and comfortable and I'm so glad I bought it! I also bought a zippered pillow case on Amazon to put over it so it wouldn't slide off.I highly recommend this not just for people recovering from surgery but for anyone with back pain who struggles to get comfortable at night.
