I was waiting to prepare a lot of chocolate to be able to give my opinion, I like it! It is a good product and with good quality, good price and perfect size. it met my expectations. I would like a filling to make my own marshmallow, it has a rich flavor and a little sour, the flavor is perfect for what I needed. Good smell. 10/10

Makes hard candy without crystallization! A must have for me.
My grain free hard candy was always crystalizing, but after just 1/4 teas with a 1:1 sugar water ratio, it came out so good I already finished three batches since delivery today. This bottle should last me a long time as that is all I do with it as of this date. Highly recommend for those of you who struggled like me to make hard candy that doesn't contain corn gluten aka corn syrup.

Great raising powers!
I've never used cream of tartar before but the scone recipe called for it..what a revelation! The scones were really light and fluffy.
