Product Description The Lumos Kickstart is the first intelligent bicycle helmet in the world that combines the front and rear lights, brake light and indicators in a helmet. With a total of 48 LEDs, the Lumos Kickstart ensures visibility on the road. Be seen, be safe! Features: 10 white LEDs at the front, 16 red LEDs at the back and 2 x 11 orange LEDs for the indicators. Remote control for the handlebar. The 38 LEDs on the back are used as a brake light (beta). CE EN 1078, CPSC and ASTM certified rechargeable batteries with a running time of approx. 6 hours in the flashing light mode and 3 hours as continuous lighting. Unisex size: 54 - 61 cm. Compatible smartphone app for viewing the battery level and adjusting the settings. Approx. 2 hours charging time each for the helmet and the remote control. Weather-resistant. I love this helmet. I bought it to replace my old Torch helmet which also had inset lights, but the safety part was not making me feel safe. This is a superb helmet, very adjustable to make it fit snugly and comfortably. The charging of the lights and indicator buttons was easy (and the indicator bit was easy to fit). I feel safe visible and just a little bit cool in this fabulous helmet.

Great for road cyclists
Boyfriend very keen road cyclist - everything from daily commute to JOGLE. He loves this for the extra visibility & safety for autumn/winter commutes. He says it’s comfortable and very visible. Feels it gives motorists an extra mental nudge and make time to pass with care. Easy to use and good charge & battery life.

helmet does not charge
helmet doesn’t charge properly. either they sent me a defective charging cable or helmet. will send it back!

Good quality but a bit heavy
Comfortable to wear but a bit heavy therefore only four stars.Good helmet for daily commute in London. Well seen from the others which makes cycling a lot safer

Remote is not reliable
This would be fabulous if the remote were reliable. However, from time to time, I press the remote button and nothing happens. Sometimes the remote goes dead for a while and works again when I try later. I press several times to no effect.When it works, it's great and increases safety.

Good product
Good product, perfect fit, works as supposed to.The only thing I miss is something to stop rain to wet my hair.
