Great multivitamin, and they do not upset my stomach.

I purchased these vitamins at the recommendation of a nutritionist associated with my wound care clinic. We're trying to address some low levels. She basically recommended three possible brands, all of which do the appropriate lab testing to ensure quality. Nature Made was one of the brands and since I was familiar with it I decided to pick them.This is a bottle of 90 tablets. It's a multi-vitamin for men over the age of 50. I take one vitamin a day, so the bottle should last me 3 months. These vitamins are noted as including 22 key nutrients including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Vitamin E among others. This multi-vitamin provides muscle support, bone support, immune support, and energy metabolism support. They are gluten free and contain no artificial flavors or colors.The tablets are a wee bit larger than I expected, though I don't have much trouble swallowing them. There's no flavor to them. While I haven't had my levels redone yet, I am noticing some improvement in terms of wound healing support and metabolism.I'm a fan of Nature Made. There's consistency within their vitamins and they do the lab testing to really back up their product. I'm impressed and actually take multiple vitamins from the Nature Made brand. It's definitely my preferred brand.

Good item, but switched to another brand that was cheaper.

I get, and take these everyday. I like that they have a wide variety of vitamins and minerals in them. I know saome people would say that there are better ways to get all those vitamins and minerals, but I think I would have to take 2 pounds of supplements everyday to match these quantities.

Overall a decent 'go to' vitamin you can mostly trust and priced reasonably. Overall, Nature Made Vitamin products are not exclusively made in the USA, nor do they only contain US-sourced ingredients, but most of them are and their transparency is very good compared to other companies. Yes, there are some men's vitamins that include more exotic ingredients, and some are very expensive....but are they worth it? For most men this is probably a good all around vitamin and priced reasonably. Unless a doctor recommends an/other additional ingredients, this is a trustworthy option for the majority of 50+ men.

Does not upset the stomach! I’ve tried several different multivitamins and they upset my stomach. So I don’t take them. It’s wasted money. These are great!
