Easy to swallow and the burst of energy you get it’s amazing. The taste is totally fine. I mixed it with water and took it as a shot. I would take it before work. So 5 pm and around 7 pm I would be in such a good mood.

Be careful opening the bottle. The edges are very sharp and I accidentally cut myself trying to twist it open :|

Definitely worth the purchase.. it gives you some of the relaxing energy you never thought you had.. put it in your favorite drink and I’m telling you that you will be amazed!!! Had me cleaning my whole living room 10/10 recommend!!!!!

Dangerously sharp screw on cap
I gave 3 stars to this product, not because of the burdock root itself, but because of the dangerous screw on lid. I went to open it this morning and the lid was on quite tight, this was a brand new bottle. I tried two or three times to open it, and upon the third time, it sliced my finger wide open. I showed this to my husband, because I still couldn’t get it open, and he had a hard time as well and remarked how dangerous this cap is.
