Identical to another flashlight advertising as 200 lm vs this 300 lm. Which is more accurate?

This flashlight sucks. The 1st one I returned because it switched color from red to white by itself. Happened after 1 week of ownership. It was replaced by another one and it does the same thing right out of the box. Waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY IT!!!!

can the blue (or red?) light help see blood Vessels under skin ?

I don't really see a great difference...just my opinion. If anything all I saw was that scars and spots on my arm look different under blue light...they stand out more
