Is this pre-seasoned with flaxseed oil? or is there a griddle that is?

Yes, it is preseasoned with 100% flaxseed oil. All Victoria preseasoned griddles, skillets and other cookware is seasoned with flaxseed oil.

Does this Griddle fit on two burners?

It fits almost perfectly on a Coleman two-burner camping stove. Since kitchen ranges vary, it depends.

Will this griddle function on induction stove?

It is iron which is most certainly ferromagnetic, so it should. Having said that though I haven’t personally tried it. The only issue I can think there would be is if the griddle can’t sit low enough on the stove, due to the lip around the edge, you might not get much heating.

If used flat side up on an electric flat stovetop, will the ridges on the bottom conduct enough heat to cook?

I don't have this one(I just bought it), but I've been using the Lodge 9 1/2"x17" flat side up over two electric burners with no problem for several years now, so I don't see why this would be any different. I haven't even noticed any difference in heat-up time between each side.
