Supplements like Ginkgo Biloba are impossible to evaluate because you have nothing to judge them against other than is your body is doing what they are supposed to help with. In this case, I think it is. What I look for when buying a supplement is it certified, the strength, the manufactures reputation, but principally, the unit price. Frequently advertised name brands are no better than the far less expensive generic brands. I would not have purchased this product if it did not offer good "bang for the buck".

I've been taking this supplement for years on supposedly good advice. But as with many supplements the real effects largely cannot be definitively determined. I haven't noticed any downside however, and I would have to stop taking it to see any changes. When I've done this in the past with other supplements it's been difficult to notice any real change. But I keep buying it, so some part of me apparently thinks it's worth it.
