Does it remove stains?

No this product is more for just removing trapped debris from in between teeth, it’s mainly for gum health,I bought someThixotropic Prophylaxis grit paste From Amazon with a little wisdom stain removing tool to remove staining it worked well for me.

Does this water flosser come with any kind of warranty?

I bought a 3 year warranty that covers mechanical breakdown and accidental damage for £2.99. Can't go wrong for a guarantee that costs a quid per year

Why does mine only last about 5 mins when fully charged? not had it a week yet

If you are charging it properly it sounds like it is faulty. Mine runs for about two weeks used twice a day. I found with my previous flosser that the older it got the less well it held a charge so I scrapped it after about 18 months.

Does this replace string floss or would you still have to use normal floss in addition for proper cleaning?

yes you can do it instead of string floss - at least that's what my dentist told me
