Excellent adhesion and strong enough for most uses. It is exactly as stated. It holds extremely well and you can smooth it down perfectly with a dry cloth it has done a good job sealing bird aviary polycarbonate roof. It may seem expensive, but it isn't really, not for two 50m rolls. Would I buy it again? Most definitely.

Insulation bear a wood burner .... found this to be invaluable and really good value too!
