SunPower 170 Watt Flexible High Efficiency Solar Panel

We live and travel in our RV. We've had four different RV's over the years and we always install solar on our rigs. We love camping off grid and in remote places to explore. Having solar makes it easy to go wherever you want and still have all the luxuries of "glamping" you want from your RV/camper. These solar panels are lightweight, easy to clean and easy to install. We have three of them currently on our RV roof. Of course you'll need inverters and other items, but we highly recommend these solar panels. Especially great if this is your first time installing solar, they are easy to work with, put out good power and you can't go wrong. The product is the best quality build in the industry. This is easy to verify with google. This was the best price on the internet, saved like $90 a unit. I received the panels in good condition and am happy.I’m thinking that the competitive price is linked to small imperfections in the panels. I must stress they are cosmetic and to not affect the panels function. The ones I got work amazing.I would buy them again. 20% discount for maybe funny lamination around the edge.

Easy no drill install option on truck topper for boondocking power. So far no issues keeps 3 100ah AGM batteries charged while running fridge freezer unit.

I purchased 6 of these Panels from Sun Powered Yachts. Upon receiving them they had multiple blemishes, loose Diode Covers, poorly sealed junction box, specs under the substrate, dimples, scratches, you name it. Clearly they are Factory Rejects selling as Prime Quality. Reached out to seller multiple times to have Serial Numbers checked and no answer. I got a 10% discount, whooptee doo!!! I'd rather have GOOD Panels, what I paid for!!!! Called SunPower manufacturer directly and they have no record of Sun Powered Yachts being authorized seller and cannot locate the details of what Dealer purchased them from the serial numbers provided. These are either fakes or factory rejects not covered under any kind of support or warranty, as is from what Sun Power told me. This ruined my vacation since I spent almost a month back and forth with seller waiting on an answer before I installed them. We leave in 10 days with no Panels installed yet. Long story short I got burned bad!!!!! Over $3k burned!

Fantastic panels. The conversion efficiency and consistent reliability at least thus far (month 2) is fantastic. Will review again in a year or so but for now I’d say it’s worth the extra money. I got two. Get it.
