I’ve been shaving with a double edge razor (and occasionally a straight) for close to 20 years now and this is arguably the best soap I’ve used. I prefer creams and the organic Cella is just as easy to lather, and provides the same protection and slickness as the most expensive creams I’ve used for a fraction of the price. The scent is pleasant without being overbearing. I can’t recommend the organic Cella highly enough.

I bought both the green and red tubs, they're completely different. The red one is a harder soap and this one is technically a "croap"--cream soap. It's more creamy but not complete cream like Taylor of Old Bond St. However, it's much higher quality than TOBS and is not irritating. It's a high performing soap that I'd buy even at 3x the price.

Lathers very well. Noticeable skin protection. No irritation. Very pleasant scent, although scent is subjective. Good glide. Nice price from big famous maker. This is my honest opinion I have not been paid or compensated in any way

4.5/5 Stars:I preferred this variant to the Red Cella which is tallow based. I found the Bio to be easier to lather and slicker which led to a closer shave with better moisturizing benefits. As others have stated, the fragrance is subtle, in contrast to the Red which is a very pleasant yet potent sweet almond oil essence. I also preferred this to the Proraso "Super Formula" which I have in the White variant and also like.

Very good shaving soap. It lathers good, and has a slight perfume smell. But it’s not overwhelming.Great product.

I’ve used original Cella for a couple of years, and recently decided to try this Milano version. Honestly, this one is just as good as the original, with a scent that I like a little better. This one has a more cologne-type scent as opposed to the original’s sweeter almond scent. As always, it is slick, and lathers really well. Highly recommend!
