Many many handy compartments
Nothing to dislike about this back pack. It was slightly heavier that Id expected but its really robust!! Lots of handy pockets and pouches. I used it to carry all those 'need to be in easy reach' type things when flying. Very comfortable to wear even when fully laden. Really like the zip on the strap so you can wear it across your shoulders or as a rucksack. Personally didnt use it to charge a phone as I'd rather not have a phone charging inside with the bag zipped up and while wearing it (closed space and heat emmissions dont mix) but was able to be sat with the bag unzipped, my phone just tucked out of sight while on charge)

Compact with loads of room.
I could get so much in this bag it was fantastic. With all the different compartments it is easy to store passports, phone, book, kindle and make up. The USB port for a power bank is very useful when going on long journeys.

Small but useful
Just big enough for an iPad, it’s smaller than l expected.Currently using it to carry water bottle ,bowl & long training line for dog walks.

Perfect size for a day trip
Perfect size for a day trip, with just about enough space for an umbrella, water bottle, phone and camera. Was really comfortable wearing as a rucksack. Good quality and well worth the money.

Ease of use.
I have no bad comments it was ideal I used to to take grandkids to the zoo so needed both hands.
