Usually Delicious but Got 1 Bad Bag Amazon Customer Service BAD
I love these so much that I have them on Subscribe and Save. Unfortunately, my latest bag arrived with inedible contents. Usually, the dark chocolate covered blueberries do appear as the ones on the outside of the bag. This time, the chocolate looks mottled and is a chalky brown. Yuck!Amazon Customer Service gave me the total runaround. I submitted photos but the automated system said it couldn’t process my request. I tried a different approach, same result. Finally, I called and was directed again to the automated system. I waited for an agent and they are going to give me a credit. I just wanted a new bag! Too difficult!
