Great hinge, easy upgrade
Very nice hinges at a great price. I have builder grade cabinets in my house. Original cabinets had a cheap plastic piece and a thin piece of metal in hinge to help it close. As they got old, they would break and drop pieces. Once you verify the off set on your old hinge, which is likely marked on it somewhere, replacing them is very easy. Now my cabinets do not slam and have a nice soft close. New hinges used old mounting points, no modifications. Impress your SO or just impress yourself, easy upgrade. Also, new hinge is fully adjustable, up and down, in and out, and space on door. As Borat would say "Very Nice"

Why did I wait so long?
Builders put cheap Euro hinges on our face frame cabinets, which jutted into the cabinet box, taking up extra space & catching on everything. Finally decided to replace with these overlay soft close hinges & what a difference! Gained almost an inch in usable space, so we can add useful rollouts and no more scraping the edges of the doors with appliances. Caveat, if replacing old hinges & the plastic screw plugs are still intact near the recessed cup hole & the hole spacing is the same, don't attempt to remove them. That way lies tears & madness. Simply remove the white plugs on the new hinges by holding the plastic plug with pliers & backing out the screw. It'll save you time & energy. I reused the old screws as well. These are multi way adjustable, so your doors will finally be plumb. My family appreciates the soft close feature, no more banging cabinet doors or doors swinging open on their own. Fairly easy to install for a beginner, watch a video to familiarize yourself if you've never messed with cabinet doors & hinges before. I didn't pre drill but that is an option. Tools used: drill driver with screwdriver bit, small level, blocks for propping cabinet doors, pliers for removing plastic widgets, pencil, tape measure for measuring the overlay & spacing. Each door x2 hinges + adding a knob takes me about 15 minutes & I'm a rank beginner.TL;dr: Solid hinges, quality feel, easy install on face frame cabinets, great product for the price!Oh & shipping was fast & item was well packed but not overly packaged, a nice plus in my book.

Worked Great now all my door are soft close
These were easy to install and replace the old quick slam door hinges. I'm buying more for my other kitchen and would recommend this product. It's solid and strong that get the results you need and that soft closing. It makes the cabinets better because my family isn't slamming the doors now.

Instructions are severely lacking but hinges are good
I build cabinets for a living. When you buy hinges and specify the overlay, the instructions should explain how to install the hinges so you get the correct overlay. These do not. I am using the 1/2" overlay. The instructions leave the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the hinge blank. So I had to figure it out by measuring which isn't necessarily easy for a beginner. But what I came up with was 13/16" to the center of the hinge, which means you have 1/8" between the edge of the door to the edge of the hinge for a 1-3/8" cup hole. Then the plastic inserts are not even taken up. These are used on an MDF (medium density fiberboard) door because the tiny screws do not hold in MDF. These are drilled 5/16" where the screw holes go into the door. You drive the inserts into the 5/16" hole then attach the door to these. Use a hammer to drive them in all the way, and they do not come back out. Great price and the hinges are nice and 6-way adjustable. But as usual the folks at the engineering end can't seem to get the idea that someone has to install them with as much help as possible rather than leaving you to scratch your head for an hour trying to figure it out. Instead of marking the screw holes with a tape measure, I drilled the cup hole, inserted the hinge, lined it up with a square, then drilled a 1/8" pilot hole with the hinge in place, removed the hinge, then drilled the 5/16" insert holes. make sure you drive the inserts all the way in and square with the hinge. This works great with MDF doors. Don't use the just the screws unless you are going into real wood. I hope this helps.

Super easy DIY project!
I moved into my first house last week and this was my first purchase 😂 these were super quick and easy to install, especially with a drill. They’re an exact fit and a direct replacement for the hinges I already had in my kitchen and seem to be super sturdy and good quality. My only (barely) complaint about them is I wish I could adjust the speed at which the doors closed - these close a bit slower than I expected but for the price, I’m not complaining at all. Absolutely worth the money!!

Quick and easy upgrade
This review is for Ravinte 30 Pack 15 Pairs 1/2 inch Overlay Soft Close Hinges for Kitchen CabinetWe bought prefab, in-stock, kitchen cabinets at the local home improvement store. The hinges that came pre-installed look like soft close hinges but are not. They were stamped with the overlay, making it easy to know exactly what we needed to order.I bought 30 hinges and I think it worked out to about $1.67 a hinge, or $3.34 per cabinet. Very reasonable price for a nice upgrade for our cabinets. The soft close hinges have a very hefty weight to them and seem to be of good quality.Cabinets open and close without any noises or squeaks. You can see in the picture the hinges look very beefy and of great quality. They also have the ability to adjust your cabinet door to make it perfect. We didn't have to adjust any.
