Functional and Pretty
This garlic/ginger/onion, etc., grater is really great. Not only is it nice to look at (it even comes with its own stand) it's functional. Plus, it comes with a color-matched brush which makes it easy to brush off what you've just grated.

Brush needs replacing to better quality.
I really like the ease of grating the garlic on this device, however, the small brush continues to shed bristles and no way do I want these in my food. They definitely need a better quality brush. I have to use a small silicone brush to remove the grated garlic, takes a little more time because the bristles are so flexible.

The pic is green, the description says yellow and the device itself is white. Not a major thing, but rather annoying

Simple but good quality
Great for garlic. Just use a tiny bit of water. We add oil and spices right to the plate. Easy to clean.
