Pretty quick. Well, I'm impressed.
Buying a new laptop for the wife just after the height of the COVID-19 crisis is hardly ideal, and not my first choice of activities, but necessity drove the requirements. In a market where many "first choice" options were sold out this might have seemed like a "second best" selection. In reality, while the price seemed a little inflated, the resulting machine has proved to be a good choice taking on her day-to-day actions with ease and supporting her music composition/scoring software (Sibelius) quickly and smoothly in a way that previous PCs couldn't. Left me a little jealous to be honest.

Mis-advertised
The laptop was advertised both with an image and description as having a DVD drive. The computer, when it arrived was missing said drive.I contacted the seller asking for either a computer with a DVD drive or an external DVD drive. I supplied the photographs that were asked for. On checking this morning, I noticed that the advertised photograph of the computer had been changed to show no DVD drive, but in the description the reference to the DVD drive is still there. I have a screen capture of that.So now I'm waiting for the description to be changed as well, so I can boast of being totally stitched up.It would appear Caveat Emptor applies. Appalling after sales service from both Laptop Outlet and Amazon.

Good cost X benefit
The laptop has a good speed. It is good for general gaming and for daily use. No problems, so far. It is very light and has a good battery life.

Easy set-up, very speedy, nice keyboard, a good solid machine.

Double check with supplier on correct details, but why should you.
As advertised this product had an optical drive. On receipt it did not and never had. Supplier had given all the details but was incorrectly advertised. This doesn't boost any confidence on future purchases.

Good value good looking easy to use
Brilliant replacement laptop. Very light and so quick to load making surfing easy. Working on here super easy too

Cracking laptop.
It's been here for 3 months now and I can't fault it so far.Does everything I need for work as well as home and more.Super screen size and sound for online meetings. Good for You tube and online TV too.A really good all rounder as far as I'm concerned.The only way to get a perfect computer is to have it built to your own specifications.However, if you want one that is good value for money here's a top contender.
