I just started a new 85 acre farm. This book is great. It gives the positives of a great deal of major fruits and vegetables and there are a lot of recipes and it has icons that give the purpose of each juice. Anyone juicing or gardening needs a copy.

Easy to follow recipes, most stores carry the required ingredients. There were a few ingredients I could not find in my area but would substitute with an ingredient I had on hand. Overall very helpful for what and why the ingredients are used and in what order to follow.

Amazing book with so many juices recipes. I was sceptical because of the book price but it is everything I was hoping for and more it's worth every penny

Love this book great juicing recipes and it tells you what each fruit is good for ; for example if it’s anemia , diabetic or headache.

Juicer book. I ordered the juicer machine and need a nice book to go with it. I will try out both in a few days. I need to get my cholesterol down. Instead of statins I am going the natural way instead. I will try the juicing and smoothie for 30 days then get my blood work done. I am hoping I can go back to the doctor with my levels a lot lower and then tell him I didn't take his pills but did it naturally. I asked the heart doctor what the side effects , he just looked at me with a blank look on his face, he had no idea what the side effects were. I asked does it give you headaches he had to think hard, then said not that he had heard of. I looked up the side effects and headaches were first on the list.! That doctor is a pill pusher for sure.

I had so many great recipes and information. I am really excited about my juicing journey.! I feel very prepared with this book
