I love this pancake mix. It's simple to make and you can add berries or banana to really kick it off. It's healthy and delicious and I will definitely be buying it again.

Makes great pancakes. I was looking for an organic name brand replacement. Not quite the texture I was looking for but did make great tasting pancakes.

Good taste

It's good but not as good as the "K-" brand. I stopped using the K- brand because it now has bioengineered ingredients. Nope. These pancakes are heavier and not quite as good but at least it is not bioengineered. I may add a little more non GMO baking powder next time to see if that helps.

Was hoping for more buttermilk flavor over whole graininess. Whole graininess won.As is the fad with “healthy” pancake mix, high protein and/or fiber seems to have taken a priority over flavor and taste.Bag made about 20 waffles (bag says 17 servings), which was stretched slightly by adding some regular flour to thicken up batter for waffle duty - standard recipe slightly too thin for our preference and might have been minutely thinned out by adding blueberries. TIP: Coat your blueberries with a little pancake mix or flour to help them from sinking to the bottom of the batter.Buttermilk flavor hardly noticeable, predominantly whole wheat profile which isn’t bad, just not like mom used to make. As far as being healthier, you do add a considerable amount of fat through addition of a lot of cooking oil, and protein by adding 6 eggs (if you make a full package worth).

Really good. Only organic ingredient is flour but it’s a good start. They need all organic ingredients.
