Worked Like an Italian Dream
This attachment worked perfectly on our KitchenAid mixer. It was very easy to assemble and easy to use. Our fettuccine (first attempt to ever make pasta) came out of the sheeter nicely, rolled as thin as we needed, and the pasta shredded and cut beautifully. The attachment is solid, well made, and so much cheaper than the KitchenAid brand. The fact that this is all in one piece rather than multiple pieces is an added bonus.

Great Quality!!
Very nice pasta machine, fits the KitchenAid perfectly and works really good, no issues cleaning and it cuts the pasta perfectly. Pretty much the same as the overpriced KitchecnAid branded, this is quiet and very easy to set up and clean after use. Of course, your dough has to be properly made!!

Great Value at a Reasonable Price
The Antree Pasta Maker is solidly built and significantly heavy. The finish and craftsmanship are flawless. It's easy to use and clean. If making spaghetti, fettuccini, and/or plain sheets of pasta for manual cutting are your goal, this is a fine option. Beyond that, there are numerous sizes and styles of pasta that you can produce from sheets of dough with other simple tools. Making your own pasta is a relatively simple and rewarding task, if perhaps time-consuming. With a bit of practice, the results are delicious!

Noodles are one size
Item wonder and easy to used. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the noodles cutter only cuts one width. The width of spaghetti or ramen. You will need to cut by hand for wider noodles

Super roller;Great cutters
I have owned various iterations of the K5 Kitchenaid mixers for over 43 years. My original, made in Hobart, Indiana, is still chugging alongside two newer models I have acumulated over the years. I have used the official Kitchen-Aid pasta roller & cutters hundreds of times. The roller works well, but the cutting blades are not precise, and I found myself having to pull apart and seperate strands of poorly cut pasta for years. This problem, plus the need to change from the roller to the blades of the 3-part contraption prompted me to look beyond and consider this unified unit. It was also very reasonably priced. I am very pleased with its function. It rolls pasta dough perfectly, and cuts precisely. Even strands of fine spaghetti are cut cleanly and seperately. Plus, the unified head speeds up the pasta process significantly. There is no more unscrewing the roller from the machine head, and then remounting a cutting head before cutting pasta strands. You can easily switch from fine spaghetti to broader fettuccini within the same batch of dough without stopping. All of this great function is of course based upon having a pasta dough prepared with optimal proportions of liquid to flour. So many of the complaints listed in the reviews boil down to wet dough. This is also one source of the concern with "cleaning the machine." A pasta machine cleans itself: Let any residue dry completely and then let it crank a bit. The residue will fall out. The ravioli maker is a different story, (because of the filling) but none of those work well anyway. My experience with making ravioli for more than a half century is that a ravioli mold is a far better way to go. Just use the machine to sheet the dough and lay it on the mold. Use a large pastry bag to dole the filling. The only downside to this attachment that I can see is that the operater should be extra vigilant while using it. There are three moving parts, since the roller and both cutting blades engage and roll during every use. I make sure my cuffs are rolled up!

Great Value for the Price
I have only used it once since I bought it a week or so ago. I used the roller, along with the fettuccine and spaghetti cutters. The roller takes a higher number to thin the dough. Where I usually do it on the KitchenAid brand to #4, I have to do it to #5 or #6 on this one. Worked smoothly and is easy to clean. Very hefty & sturdy. My advice based on 12 years of experience is to let the attachment sit for a few hours so the dough dries up. It is a lot easier to get out of crevices when it's dry. And a chopstick helps to get to the stubborn bits.

This thing is great!
We had the old style pasta machine a long time ago and let it get away from us. Most likely I let my son have it when he moved out, then my two twin nephews moved in to go to school in our area. We require them to cook one night a week meaning I have two nights off deciding what's for dinner. The caveat that they can make what ever they want and I would teach them to best of my ability how to make anything they wanted to try. I've always been a make it from scratch kind of cook and think it's good for these young men to learn how to cook. Of course one of them wanted to know how to make homemade pasta. My husband was all for buying a pasta machine again as long as he got some fresh ravioli out of the bargain. When we had the old school machine I was very reluctant to make ravioli because of the hassle. Once you made the sheets of pasta you had to lay them out place filling and top it with another sheet then seal the filling around eat ravioli before cutting them out. it was so time consuming. This definitely had a learning curve but for the most part this thing worked beautifully. Not only does it ease making the pasta since you don't have to use one hand to crank the machine while you are maneuvering the sheets of pasta through the rollers with the other but there is also a fairly good system for churning out the ravioli. I also think this is pretty versatile as far as what it offers in the pasta you can make with it. You can make spaghetti, angel hair (you simple make the sheets thinner before cutting), lasagna noodles (you don't run the sheets through the cutter just cut the length), and ravioli. As far as clean up I was a little reluctant about not being able to get the pasta roller wet but It cleaned up pretty easily too. Long story short this is definitely worth the money!

This pasta maker is so easy to use. Considered paying the extra money for the kitchenaid pasta attachments because I am very fussy about quality ... don't bother. The 3 in 1 is much handier now that I've used it. When making spaghetti you can roll through a piece of dough then go go straight to cutting without having to change attachment. Comes with a little brush that is great for cleaning the rollers and cutters.
