Not enough actual room to write.
I was super excited to get this but a little let down once I received it. There are only four “exercise” lines. Most people that work out seriously enough to track their workouts need more than 4 lines for exercises, reps and sets. Ultimately I decided to return this item.

Cute book great way to keep track of your a write it down tho person. Not a lot of space for fitting in your exercise (if you do multiple types a day). But over a good tool to keep track of things.

Nicely made
This book is pretty nice but mine is laying in a corner somewhere. It wasn't what I was hoping for which was basically nutrition information with a lot of space for me to write. I feel like the book is too structured for me. But some of you might really like it. It seems to be nicely made.

Meh.
This is not what I was looking for; I guess I wanted something more like a bullet journal. The book is too large, and it has the same layout on each page. Kind of a bummer because I was looking forward to this. So well. Back it goes.

Super helpful, good value
Love this journal. My only complaint is that there is limited space to joy down what foods you ate during the day.

Great way to track info
This book is a great way to track a lot of info. My only complaint is there isn’t very much space to log info, especially on Monday and Friday as it’s near the spine of the book.
