Deco E3(2-Pack) AC1200 Whole Home Mesh WiFi System

Bought this when I upgraded to Fiber Optic service. We have great wifi coverage over our whole house, property and the extender covers at to the garage. Great bandwidth.

Glenn with TP Link helped me online and was terrific. All problems solved because he is knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He is a great rep of the company

Unit is great and I love TP-Link's Deco lineup, but this unit performed very poorly and is not a good option for people who need more than 10 devices connected at a time. I much prefer minimum and 1-3 unit Deco WiFi 6 mesh unit, this guy is cool for people who do not need more than 100MB/s down to 10 or less connected devices. That unfortunately is a VERY small demographic in 2024-2025.

Best purchase ever!! Before I got this, my internet was constantly cutting off—sometimes multiple times an hour—which was incredibly frustrating. Since installing this device, I haven’t had a single issue. My connection is stable, reliable, and consistently fast. The setup was straightforward, and the device feels well-made and durable. I especially appreciate how consistent and dependable my internet has been since I started using it—no more random dropouts or interruptions. Honestly, it has completely changed my internet experience for the better. Totally worth the price. For the performance and reliability I’m getting, the cost is excellent. I’m so glad I invested in this, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with unstable internet or wants a reliable, hassle-free connection.

I'll start by saying it did solve the problem we had, so it deserves a good rating. Besides that, I do have some gripes with it. App control is just not my preferred method of interacting with all of my technology, but I can understood the need, here. The main problem is the "ghost signal" that's simply titled Deco[numbers] that is forever visible in our wifi now. It constantly confuses my elderly grandmother since I can't seem to hide it. If I hide the network, it removes the connectivity of the Deco itself (a separate wifi signal). I also don't really love how... limited, the options feel. It seems to assume I will replace my base network with it as the new default, but that wasn't really the use case I had in mind. It's only to be used by devices on one side of the house that previously got a bad signal--and it does succeed at making the signal MUCH better for that side of the house. Previous speed: 1-2mbps. New speed: 80-100mbps. Pretty incredible, in that regard.

Simple installation. No issues with connectivity since installation, even through thunderstorms. Very impressed..

There’s no bad things to say about this, I’m definitely happy that I bought it and it really helped me out during school. It will cover a 2 bed condo pretty well about 1700 sqft and I never experienced any lagging at all.

Buen equipo, da la cobertura de Internet a mi casa pero no es un espacio grade, son 130 mts. Si buscas algo par aun espacio más grande mejor compra el modelo siguiente. Fue muy fácil de instalar.

Es en verdad un gran producto, pero los proveedores de Internet siguen aumentando su oferta de velocidad. Volviéndose común tener disponibles más de 100 mbps. Este deco, el E4, tiene un puerto 10/100, así que si es tu router principal conectado por ethernet, nunca pasarás de 100 mbps. No entiendo por qué TP Link no lo ha actualizado. Tal vez por eso es de las soluciones mesh más económicas.

Excelente! En el confinamiento me vine a una casa de aprox 500m2, de 2 plantas. El módem está en la planta baja, y mi habitación está hasta el otro extremo, pero en la planta alta, por lo que la señal del módem convencional era muy inestable hacia mi habitación y muchos otros lugares de la casa. Ahora, con el kit de tan solo 2 piezas (una al lado del módem y la otra en el pasillo frente a mi habitación) logré cubrir toda la casa con señal estable, incluyendo áreas que antes no estaban cubiertas. La verdad creí que me iba a quedar corto con este kit. Estaba pensando en que hubiera sido mejor el kit con 3 piezas. Pero no. Muy satisfecho. Altamente recomendable. Por cierto, la instalación es muy, muy sencilla. No necesitas nada más que bajar la app que te indica en el manual y seguir las instrucciones de la app.

Comré este producto porque tengo una televisión inteligente grande instalada en mi recámara la cual deseaba poder ver y aprovechar la conectividad para hacer uso de varios servicios de streaming. No obstante no le llegaba la señal de wifi y aunque algunas pocas veces lograba conectarse a la red, la señal se interrumpía constantemente y la mayoría de las veces ni siquiera había posibilidad de conexión. Este aparato que es muy fácil de configurar, solucionó ese gran problema. Llevo más de un año usándolo y la conexión es estable y fluida. Provee una cobertura de malla y con el repetidor prácticamente quedan cubiertos todos los espacios en un rango amplio en un lugar determinado. Cuenta con una luz en forma de la marca del producto que indica si hay señal cuando esta prendida en un tono blanco verdoso y se pone en color rojo si no hay señal. Buen producto
