I purchased this chain to replace the broken chain on my Hillary blinds. Unfortunately the clips are so small that they are difficult to attach to the bottom hanger, so much so, that you pray they do not snap as they are pushed on. Being so tight, they do not allow any movement of the blind which the original fitment does. I have binned this chain and ordered a direct replacement chain from elsewhere.Note, Hillary’s will actually replace the chain free of charge if you can prove that the chain is genuine Hillary’s. In my case the chain is 15 years old, and they have no record that I purchased from them, hence, I have to buy.

The original plastic parts of my blinds which were in direct sun were disintegrating with age.These replacement parts look good quality and are a great fit.Delivery was quick and the items well packaged.Great service.Not sure what is meant by Thickness in "rating features" so have omitted.Would certainly recommend.

It was so easy to install after my cat got tangled in the bottom chain! I used a pair of pliers to hold each clip and pushed them firmly in place. There are still a good number of clips left on the chain, even after I repaired my girlfriend's chain as well! Very good, and so quick for delivery.

The product was a little more flimsy than original but worked well. The proof of durability will be evident after a few hot sunny days when plastics tend to harden and become brittle

Sorted my broken blinds, just the shade difference was noticeable as the chain was white and blinds are darker due to age, but hey ho.
