I just rub it on my lips for about 30 seconds and rinse it off. It takes the dead skin cells off when you're rubbing it in. No need to leave it on.

i think on the bottom of some makeup/skincare products it says how many months you can use it for, for example it may say ‘6 mo’ meaning you can use it for 6 months
