PYBBO5-Blade Heat Powered Wood Stove Fan, Silent Fireplace Fan for Log Burner with Magnetic Thermometer

Have had these for about two weeks and they function as expected. Helps circulate the heat and runs quiet. As other reviews have stated, the only issue I have is the base starts to turn a copper color after about a week of operation. Has no affect on functionality.

It works great! It even started spinning when placed in hot water. It came with a magnetic thermometer. It's a fun toy to put on the wood stove, though I doubt it actually moves much air vs normal convection.

This is a pretty small fan that fits on top of my small stove. It works well, but my only issue with it is I usually have to get it started by starting it to spin and then it usually just goes from there. Once in a great while, it will start itself, but not very often. It moves the air and makes a difference and I'm glad to have it, especially if the power would go out and the ceiling fan won't work.

put this in front of my gas fireplace, and was amazed how fast it heated up and started spinning the blades, just as if it were plugged into an outlet turned on high speed. PROBLEM was the pitch of the blades produced virtually zero air movement. I was excited to try this, but very disappointed that it didn't really work.

We already had one. We wanted two and decided to try this one. Glad we did. It works great. It starts turning very quickly, before our other one, and the fan keeps going even when the fire is dying down.

The media could not be loaded. These are nice little fans. They are not real powerful and do not move a lot of air but do help spread the heat well. I have been running mine for 5 months non stop to put them through harsh use and they are performing as they did when I first put them up. If you rely on spreading heat from your stove these are not a fix all but come in handy if the power goes out. I use a wood stove for heat and need to move the air away from it to heat the other rooms and these are not up to the task but I am glad to have them when the power goes out.

First this is a quality product. Looks great and works as advertised except it doesn't push or circulate air as much as I expected it to do. I can barely feel the air off it standing two feet away. Now I'm using it on a propane stove and it may work better on a wood burning stove. The heat off propane burners has its own current and it may just be over powering the air off the fan. I don't know. But it stirs the air and even after I cut the propane stove off, the fan works for 20+mins until it cools down. So it helps some. Just not as much as I was hoping. Makes NO noise.

This the second of this type of fan purchased. This seems to be better quality than the first one I purchased. So far it’s working great! It starts up faster than the other one. Air flow is fine. You can’t expect it to be like a regular fan, but it does get the air moving which is great! We love it and if in need of another one will purchase this one again, instead of the first brand we purchased.
