I started using this project when I was looking in South Georgia horse. Spiders are very populated. It always worked perfect for my back screened in porch. Now that I’m back in Florida, I find it also kills those petty palmetto bugs and others. I highly recommend this product over others as it is the true stuff and many others are so watered down that it takes a lot to kill a bug. thankful for this product and I highly recommend it to anyone trying to read their home or outside of surrounding beds. I do need to repeat it about every six months, but it is still a great product once you use it. You only have to lightly use it however, many months it works for you

When I say this stuff works this stuff works baby this stuff is the bomb!! I haven't seen a spider yet nothing nothing at all this is the truth!! I have never seen anything like it now it is strong your house going to be spending like a candy cane on Christmas but however I can't wait to use this around my house during the winter time cuz I don't want no mouses or anything but baby let me tell you this is the bomb once again!!!! You can't go wrong!!!!

Not the end all for keeping mice out of the garage but I believe it cut down on the amount of mice coming into the garage. I sprayed this along the bottom to garage door and up the sides, it does have a VERY strong smell. Leaving nothing to chance I also set two Jaws mouse traps and did catch a few mice in the worst part of winter but I believe this spray helped.

Had a few mice sneak in the basement last winter. Caught them then sprayed all around the inside and outside of the basement walls .the scent is fine for humans but the mice must not like it because they have not returned. I will spray occasionally to remind the mice they are not welcome here.

Works well. Smells great. Safe to use around children & animals. I use this in my garage, to keep out bugs, spiders, critters, etc. I also spray the outside trash bins. I have recommended Mighty Mint to a lot of people. No one has been disappointed. Give it a try. It's safe & the price is very reasonable.

It works!!! ❌🐀 Wires kept getting chewed in my car , costing a small fortune to repair. A friend suggested this product and it is totally effective. No chewed wires since lightly spraying this under the hood every evening.

Although the container shows the exact amount of peppermint oil on the front (you have to zoom in) many potential purchasers and people whom have already bought the product have missed this important factor. 4% seems to be the standard amount from what I've observed across the web. The decision to rate this with 3 stars is due to the small amount of peppermint oil and its seemingly ineffectiveness. That percentage is also why the product is so affordable. I researched pure peppermint or 100% peppermint oil and it is extremely expensive in bulk (more than 24 oz) however that is what you truly need if you want to rid your space of rodents. Some good points: The gallon container has a handle as well as a convenient spray nozzle attached to a hose that's about a foot (give or take) long. It makes it very easy to spray hard to reach areas (behind item's that can't easily be moved, underneath immovable or heavy objects, in corners etc). The scent is not as overwhelming as uncut peppermint oil yet some who have purchased this product have found it strong and offensive to the senses. I like the smell of peppermint oil so that didn't bother me. Depending on how much and how often you spray, it WILL linger for days, gradually dissipating. What did bother me is that we didn't have a mouse or rat infestation so to speak, just probably the mom and a kid or two and despite spraying every nook and cranny of our small living space (often multiple times per day) the one or two little bas**rds were still around! I've used pure/uncut essential peppermint oil in the past (soaking cotton balls and stuffing them in corners and wiping the baseboards and areas I've seen them in/on and where I've noticed their droppings) and it absolutely worked. It kept them out for months and for nearly a year we didn't see any sign of them. I emptied this gallon jug in less than a week and the crafty rodents seemed to have found a space to hide where they were not as effected by the overpowering mint because they were still coming out (albeit very cloak & daggerish--lol) looking for food. Eventually (several weeks later and after finding one of their main exit and entry points and soaking it with 100% Peppermint THEN plugging that hole) they or it left. I hesitate to say that this product doesn't work (esp since other reviews say otherwise) but from the product description my expectations were set high. I was looking to see mice packing up like on the cartoons (Lol). I wouldn't completely count MIGHTY MINT out. I would suggest that if you decide to purchase, try adding a few ounces (I used 16 oz) of essential peppermint oil to the mixture to make it more effective and save the handy jug for future use, especially if you need to dilute your pure oil. Great product, easy to use and effective...for a few days. It has to be re-applied regularly to maintain the deterrent. I use it to keep tree rats out of my orange tree and it works better than the "mint" balls (scented moth balls). One thing I recommend is to check you local Home Depot, after buying this on Amazon for $35, I found it for $25 locally. The ten dollar difference can't be justified by Amazon's inclusion of a cheap, 10 cent micro fiber cloth.
