Great truck stock item
Definitely worth buying this and keeping on the truck if you do repairs for facilities or other apartment Style places. I've purchased a few of these for keeping on the vehicle as many of my customers have the oven that uses this. The ohms are exactly as the OEM it functions just like the oem. The repair is pretty simple just be cautious as the manufacturer on these ovens likes to give a very small amount of wire so you can barely pull it out so it will randomly shoot the wire back behind it. Make sure to unplug it before doing this that should be obvious. I've installed many of these and have had none as a call back to replace again. It looks just like the original other than the Box I will let you know how long they last if one burns out anytime soon

Problem fixed!
Oven had a hard time reaching temperature. Also, once reached, the temperature would start dropping. Very frustrating! Installed the new heating element and problem fixed. PS. Their had been a small explosion fire in the bottom left of the oven about a week earlier. I own a Maytag.

Functional but not perfectly formed. The two ends were angled inwards, requiring a bit of bending to install, and the supplemental attachment point was not centered, so it could not be fully secured.
