Bought this for my 82-year-old father who had just come out of hospital. My dad has diabetes so it's important for him to be able to put his feet up from time to time and this chair is just perfect. Honestly, it's like a little helper in the house! He presses one button to have his feet gently raised as he settles into a comfy position, and when he needs to get up to use the loo or go to the kitchen he simply presses the button and the footrest lowers out of the way as he gets up off the chair. Previously, I could never get him to use the footstool because of the bother it gave him of pushing it out of the way when he got up or dragging it back into position when he sat down, but those days are gone! This chair is incredible and does everything safely for him. The footlift part raises to his comfort level while he relaxes and then disappears out of the way when he gets up. I never have to worry about him using this chair and love coming into his living room to see him slightly reclined with his feet up watching snooker! The chair is advertised as beige, but it's not particularly beige in my opinion. It's more cream-coloured, but that is perfect for us and is actually what my dad was looking for, to be honest. It's a nice looking chair, soft, comfortable, neat, compact and very modern looking. The delivery was great. We were given a text/call 30 minutes before the delivery and were given a number to call or text back if we needed to change anything. The man delivering was happy to bring the box around the back of the house so that we could get it into the living room with ease. I was able to put the chair together myself very quickly, which surprised me as I thought I might have to wait for my husband to help. It wasn't complicated at all and the electrics of the chair are all very neatly hidden away and simple to connect. I actually can't fault this chair at all. It's everything I wanted. The electric reclining is uncomplicated to use with simple straightforward buttons. As mentioned, I am particularly impressed by the wonderfully magical footrest that appears and disappears when needed. The chair can also help someone exit the seat by raising them to a standing position. Dad has tried that and it works very well. Thankfully he doesn't need that yet and can get in and out of the chair comfortably without using it but it's helpful to know that we have this on hand if we need it. In conclusion, a beautifully crafted chair that is simple to use and attractive to look at. It's modern, tastefully designed, neat and compact. I'd recommend this to anyone!!

Very good value for money. Quite compact yet comfortable. It works well considering it only has one motor. I would recommend it as a no frills riser/recliner.

Brought this chair for my mother who recently came out of hospital (92) it was easy to put together. And fast delivery. She loves this chair. She found it easy to operate and finds it very comfortable. So I would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant - wife just out of hospital after 7 weeks and needed a hand getting up. Didn’t have much space in the bedroom so needed something quite narrow. Easy to set up looks great and does everything it says it would. Similar chairs in shops are over a grand - love it

The chair is fine. The delivery was not It was delivered three days early when I was not expecting it and left outside in the rain.The cardboard container was wet in places and soaked through in places. Fortunately the plastic bag protected the chair. No notification was sent to me or posted in my letterbox.

Only just getting to the stage of needing the riser function. The recliner works well, the support is solid, and the motor powerful. Sturdy and well priced, a good investment.
