Folic Acid is good for your hair, and has other benefits such as removing chromosomal defects from sperm, and a folate shortage has even been linked to depression. It's easy to become deficient in this vitamin, due to high concentrations only being found in certain foods. A great vitamin to supplement.

Great supplement if you are on the "cave man" diet!
Bought as a supplement (along with vitamin B12) since I was on the "cave man" diet. The diet deprived my body of nutrients which messed up my blood work. This helped correct my blood work deficiencies!
