Works great!
People here are using it on their skin, it is an oral supplement and has to be sprayed in your mouth and not on skin. It works wonderfully if you have mild sleeplessness and I have corrected my disturbed sleep cycle because of this. It is indeed non-habit forming and the taste is okay too. I think it’s a wonderful product for those who get irregular sleep patterns without having to take strong prescribed medication.

Disappointe with quality as well as quantity.
Quality is very poor and quantity is also less around 10ml cheeting with people.

Effective with tasty cranberry flavour
I liked the cranberry flavour and found this effective. Due to work stress, I am unable to sleep on time but this worked for me. Worth a try!

Know your body type
I have travel anxiety and felt very excited to have found this product just before a travel . I have used it once and hoped to get a blissful sleep which didn’t happen. Instead I had palpitations and had a disturbed sleep . I think this doesn’t suit my body type.
