It's a great scooter for the price but the grips would give me blisters on my thumb when the grips would rub against my thumb

Bought this for my 4.5 year old to ride at the indoor bmx/skate park. After watching how good he was on his cheap Razor I wanted to get him something more sturdy. Read the mixed reviews, but figured for his age and weight this should work good, and it has. Compared to a different one I have for my 8 year old son, this is smaller and probably should be for younger kids rather than older or teens. Only thing is after a coupe hours at the park looks like the neck clamp needs to be tightened, but not a big deal. I put some locktite on the bolts and seems to be better.

Over all, I gave it 4 stars because my kid loves it. He played on one at an event this summer. He spent his own money on this and he’s pleased with his purchase. He’s pretty tough in things, so that adds to the stars too. The frame has held up. As previous reviewers wrote, the actual stem that the handle bars cross, wiggles in its connection to the base. I’m sure that’s not exactly what you call it. Anyway, after about 2-3 weeks of playing in concrete, he’s worn the back wheel down to the metal. I wish that had been tougher. We have recently bought replacement wheels (from a different retailer) and are waiting on them to be delivered. He’s also dismantled it, cleaned it and out it back together. There’s more parts than you think, but less than a toaster. Usually kids don’t take stuff like this apart lol.

I got this for my son who is seven years old about 65 pounds. he really likes it and it is lightweight. He is able to do a couple tricks on it. I would recommend it for a six or seven-year-old who is wanting to try a “pro scooter.” I think this one will last until about summer and then we will upgrade. But it is definitely a beginner scooter

Scooter arrived fast, was easy to put together. After a couple weeks of regular use there is some rattling to it feok the handlebar/board area. It's not very expensive so I didnt expect brand name professional scooter quality. I bought it for my 9yo daughter and she is very happy with it so that's all that matters. If she is still into scooters after this one is done with I would just invest in a higher end one but for just the occasional use it is fine for the price.

My nephew is 34 inches from his feet to his pelvis this scooter was way too short for him he complained to me about how it keeps hitting his balls.. don't know much about scooters but I don't think it's supposed to affect the little gentleman's private areas 😂

Seems not too bad in overall. Rear wheel mount is poorly designed, plastic inserts for wheel spacers won't allow to tighten the axle bolt properly. After riding it for a bit the rear wheel came loose, lost the bolt.Can't use the scooter anymore. I will have to come up with better material wheel spacers. Also rear wheel bearing sounds dry after 4 months of ownership. My guess, you get what you paid for.

This is a good entry level scooter - used by my 7yr old son. The only problem was the ball bearings completely shredded in 2 weeks. Have replaced them with (standard size fortunately) some from my local bike shop and we've been good so far. The stem does get loose, so it requires tightening now and again.Gave it 4 stars because the price point plus replacing $7 bearings is pretty good.
