Poor Capsule Quality
Most of the capsules were damaged (due to shipping and poor capsule quality) and did not properly fit in the machine causing little or no coffee to come out. On a few instances, small pieces of the aluminum made it through to the coffee cup. On the other hand, coffee taste was very good.

Not as good as ground coffee by Illy but makes easy cleaning..

Not as good as Nespresso, but pretty good
It is pretty good but not as good as Nespresso. Normally, I use two nespresso pods (12 strength). I needed at least 3 Illy pods for similar strength/flavor. I like strong coffee and only order 12 strength. I am trying to find an alternative to Nespresso since they increased their price in 2025.
