I bought Brain Games – Cold Case Puzzles for my husband, and he loves it! He enjoys mystery and problem-solving, so this was the perfect choice. The puzzles are engaging and make you really think, and he’s had a great time trying to piece everything together like a real detective. It’s a fun way to unwind while still keeping the brain sharp. I also love that we can work on some of the puzzles together—it’s been a nice way to spend time and challenge ourselves. If you enjoy mysteries or want a thoughtful gift for someone who does, I highly recommend this puzzle book!

it's fun and works my brain but it's repetitive. also there's mistakes so they need a bigger editor. They mentioned 5 houses, it should be house A is blue or white, house b is green, house c is green, house d is yellow and there should be a house E that is blue or white. and for the cryptogram, it's obviously Founded in (and the answer key shows that) but l is F for founded and also i for in? It can't be both, cryptograms don't work that way. you can still solve them, just frustrating.

Really fun and varied! Purchased for a long car ride, and kept my brain working for hours! Some are easier than others - some are VERY easy, but it’s a great little book, would make a great gift, and perfect for traveling!

This book is interesting at the beginning but quickly becomes too repetitive with a small number of puzzle types again and again. The pages are nice and thick and the generous spiral binding is wonderful.
