I installed this, using some self adhesive squares, on my router plate, for the route sled I made. It works very well. Cut the dust down immensely.

Used it for a router jig I made to keep the dust from going everywhere. It works ok but I could have used one with stuffer bristles.

I recently picked up the Acrux7 Dust Shoe Brush for my CNC machine, and it's been great for dust control. The brush has done a fantastic job in keeping the workspace clean during cutting sessions. The only hiccup I encountered was that the brush length was a tad too long for my setup. No biggie, though – a quick trim, and it fit like a charm. Now, the dust collector works like a dream, and I can focus on my CNC creations without worrying about the mess. Highly recommended, just be ready to grab the scissors for that custom fit!

I bought this for use in the creation of a dustshoe for a longmill mk2 tabletop cnc. I used rare earth metal magnets for mounting.I found that these bristles were to stiff and knocked the dust shoe off of the mount where it was then eaten by my cnc. May work for your application but just know these are very rigid.

I should have measured things a little closer. My project was oversized by one inch and therefore the brush lacked one inch to fill the space. My bad.

I hot glued some magnets on the back and used it to cover some gaps in my table saw box for dust collection.

For my use, I had to bond/glue it to a surface. The fabric base to the fibers made this job easy.
