Still working on putting it together. Reserving judgements till it's up and running. So far so good. Customer service has been accommodating. I have made mistakes in the acceptance system. They have been willing y work with me. Count

Could be better
Oh my! This thing was a nightmare to assemble! It took 4 very handy people 2 days to put it together. It took 2 of my trees, and 2 more days to fine toon it, and another 2 days to mount it on my trailer. The directions are generic, one set of directions for several models. Parts not in correct boxes, and mirror images in the instruction manual. Do not buy if you are not extremely handy. PS we work on cars, trucks, tractors, and airplanes, we are a machanical bunch. That being said, once we got it going it works good.

Sell you a mill and disappear
I like the sawmill. Assembly was easy but did take me 3 days doing it by myself. Issue I have is getting parts or accessories. They are very quick to take your money and then disappear. I oredered parts several months ago and all I get is a weekly email that says they didnt forget about me. I try and contact them with no call backs or return emails. I'm starting to wonder if they went out of business. If they are in business be very leary of purchasing anything and paying for it until you get it. Woodmizer might be a better option. My friends with woodmizers dont seem to have this issue.

Awesome Machine!!
Assembly difficult? Not if you appreciate knowing every inch of your mill. I do and was more than willing to absorb the 2 day assembly time. I know every inch of this amazing machine and think the design is brilliant! I bought two bed extensions and can easily mill 18’ logs. I’m building a barn and a log cabin and since mid December have milled over 80 logs. Mostly 12’- 18’ long, averaging 15” diameter. This thing is a beast!! Set up properly you can build your own cabin, barn, make renovations or any in-home item you can dream up. Koehler motor is plenty powerful...trick is to ALWAYS run a sharp blade. Learn how to sharpen by hand to keep the edge and change it out for a new blade when the hand sharpening stops being effective (after about 20 large logs)...send them to be resharpened/angled professionally. I finished all the large timber for my barn and multiple head high stacks of 1” barn boards on 4 blades (buy a box of ten). Also, buy the auto water lube attachment....it’s worth it’s weight in gold and the cam dog clamp if you want to get that last 1” barn board. The low profile of the cam dog allows for milling down to 1” above the cross member frame buck. The manual is clear and easy to follow if you are patient. Tons of diagrams to make sense of the wordage.

Does anyone have the assembly instructions for the lm29v2 or lm30 you could share with me? We received our mill yesterday and there were no instructions.

Buyer Beware
My husband bought this sawmill and started putting it together. Found that they made a mistake on 1 part and asked them to correct it.Crickets - as if they went out of business. You would be better off buying a sawmill from Harbor Frieght. At least they answer the phone.

Assembly nightmare
Norwood products look good on paper and seem like a good value until you get the product. It comes completely unassembled and you basically end up building it from scratch from hundreds of poorly labeled parts. We are talking days upon days required to build the thing. Instructions are not clear and in some cases critical information is missing and it takes a long time to get a response. I would never buy another Norwood product.
