My desk is 24” from floor, will this go under my desk?desk

The hight of the chair is 33.5-38.6. The sit from floor is 21.5"-29.7". Here is picture of specification in the listing, you can check it.

I am unable to disassemble the wheel base from the stem. It won’t just pop off. How do I do that?

Here is the steps about how to dismantle pneumatic cylinder of the Modern Office PU Leather Chair: Step 1: Disassemble the wheels from the claw base. Step 2: Stand on the claw base to make it stable, then hold the armrests and shake the chair leftward and rightward while lifting up. Repeat 5-6 times until the pneumatic cylinder and the base comes off the seat. Step 3: Turn over the claw base. Use a hammer (preferably a rubber hammer) to tap on the center of the base to loosen and disassemble the air cylinder from the base. NOTE: It is recommended to add some edible oil/engine oil/rust inhibitor to the connection between the air cylinder and the claw base for lubricating. Hope this can help you.
