IMP: Works well with Mat
I used to buy cutters and they never worked. Then I read someone else's review here that said use a mat. Eureka ! Please buy a good cutting mat, else this won't work and you will keep getting frustrated.

Good cutter for fabric
I bought it to cut fabric as strips ,biase .. and very thin fabrics.. with cutting mat it cuts upto 4 layer of fabric not more than that.. very easy to use .. nice quality.. plz always use rotary cutter with cutting mat.. otherwise it won't cut anything properly..
