I have NEVER been a fan of black licorice but THESE are made with real ingredients not fake RedVines or Twizlers. Mild anise taste and SO SO good. Much harder to chew than the fake ones but I just put mine in the microwave for 6 seconds and it's perfect!

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, however I was very disappointed in this particular product.— Product states soft eating licorice, it was no were close to soft eating. It was a hard chew for the whole bag not just a few pieces.— The raspberry was there but very muted flavor.— Wasn’t worth the $9.60 I paid for this product.

I had hoped to find licorice similar to what I used to get at the old Ben Franklin stores. It was soft, full of flavor and delicious. This licorice is ok but definitely not the same. And it's not soft either. It is chewy and you'd better have a good set of teeth if you decide to buy it. The flavor is un-spectacular. I'll not throw it away because tough, chewy licorice is better than no licorice at all. Not the manufacturer's fault, just not what I was expecting.

I always enjoy these. Nice smooth texture. Not too tough to chew.

These were no softer than other licorice options. And the taste was relatively bland. Maybe mine were not fresh, but for the cost I think that the product should have been better made or been more fresh and actually soft as they advertise.

Great flavor and texture. Not too sweet Best licorice that I have had.
