Really helped during short-term opioid use after surgery
I bought these because I knew I would be taking prescription pain medication for a few days after surgery, and constipation can be an issue with that. I started taking them the day before my surgery, and for me they really helped. I had no major problems during those few days and was very glad I had started them when I did.

These work best for me
I've tried all of the well-known brands of laxatives and found them to be either less than effective or harsh. These aren't. No cramping or discomfort. I take 1 at night and 1 in the morning and I go, smoothly and easily. No urgency where I have to run to the bathroom. You might only need 1 per day. Experiment with dosages and time of day to find a schedule that works for you. It's healthy to go daily. If you don't, these might be for you. Recommend 100%.
