Very good casings. Its quite long and so far found only one hole. They are prewashed and absolutely clean. There were 15 casings in one bundle and in total I received 2 bundles. Detangling them to smaller quantities was quite the task. I separated them into 3 casings for each usage and re-salted them with table salt and stored them individually in the freezer. Have used couple of these to make plenty of regular sausages. The casings, apart from a few pieces, are of good quality as the did not rupture on low to medium rough manipulation. Casings came with instructions which I found to be fairly easy for beginners, however, I could not twist it to make them stay as it kept unraveling. So I used twine to portion the sausages, which is entirely optional, removed the threads before cooking tho.I will definitely recommend this brand.

I usually buy the Sausages casing from the same supplier only,but this time iam very disappointed and dissatisfied with the products,as we can see casing size is very small and delicate its broke very fast while doing filling,I didn't get what I order and paid for.

It's quite hard to slip the casing on the sausage nozzle but I like how it expands onces the meat is inserted.It was clean and natural organic. Perfect for Sichuan sausages.

Not so easy to use

I have used this products for a year or two but I have noticed the quality being compromised lately. It is not as good as those previous days.

Takes some getting used to, but once youve got the hang of it, it's so easy to handle. All you need to do is soak it in warm water and then wash it and run tap water through. Needs to be lubricated before being inserted into the sausage stuffer. Thank you so much..just wish it was alittle cheaper ..!!

This product loos good. But it doesn't work. It won't go onto the sausage machine outlet. It keeps tearing. Hence it's rendered useless. I bought 2 packets of this.The produck description says 18-20 mm that is ykup to 2 cm. My sausage machine outlet is less than 1.5 cm.

These casings came well packed in salt inside a plastic pet type bottle. They are sheep casing and make thin size sausage(image).
