I'm now the favorite aunt
My 11 year old niece is starting to really get into makeup. She wanted a nice set, but I was afraid to get a big one. This has a lot in it, but folds up into a smaller flower shape. It's adorable and she absolutely loves it. Lots of color options of the makeup too. It was a nice set. I bought her one of those trifold light up mirrors to go with. I deserve my favorite aunt status!

Adorable But Broke On 2nd Use
My granddaughter was so thrilled with this kit! It looked so magical and held everything perfectly. But the second time she tried to close it only part of it closed. My husband gently tinkered with it but it would never open or close properly, part of the trays would, but others wouldn't. Disappointing. I just ordered her a new on that comes in a case not a flower shaped pop open one like this

Stains Everything
I gave this to my daughter for her birthday, hoping it would be 'real' makeup vs the 'toy' makeup. It has that strong powdery smell when makeup is cheap. The lipstick, eyeliner, and lip color petal stain everything. Skin, clothes, fruniture, etc. Not very happy about that. It's small and compact.
