The product doesn't work. I charged it but nothing... Can I have a reimbursement or an other one please ?

It is a nice slick design, very practicable, easy to carry. I only wished that it was bit more potent, the competitors have some models 3x plus stronger (200W). Also there is a review here saying that they are concern about the cleaning, that is dangerous that there is no safe mode. WRONG. There is, you just need to unscrew the glass jar and you can safely clean your blender.

The media could not be loaded. Was reluctant to buy it, now cant live without it :) Using daily for bulletproof coffee but also for blending fruit. Battery lasts whole week if used lightly. Please be aware its not as powerful as corded blenders and hard fruit or frozen ones might not blend (it will struggle with it). I was aware of it before buying as this is a portable on the go blender.

The bad 1st as its mega importantMost of Blenders/bottle blenders ect all have some sort of safety mechanism in place to ensure the blades can not spin when the lid/side are not screwed on properly. This version has no such feature, meaning when dismantled to clean after use if you were to push the power button the blades WILL TURN ON!!! im genuinely shocked this safety feature was over looked as given how easy it is to activate by accident when holding to clean the blade section.Beyond the issue highlighted above this feels like a long lasting device that has a good size flask and a good blending power for shakes, smoothies. overall this would be a 5 Star product in my eyes but missing that key feature is begging for an accident that has the potential to remove all of your fingers on one hand

So handy and easy to clean...I just love it

This is a handy sized portable blender which can be charged via USB; it would fit in an average sized handbag.It is not a bad blender but it isn't suitable for hard fruit or veg unless you chop it super fine. Handy if you want to blend stuff on the go...but not sure how many folk would want to do that.Given the price, I'd rather spend the same amount on a more powerful mains blender and have the better quality.Not a terrible product but just average and expensive.

It is good value for money compared to a famous competitor brand starting at around double the price but is not “the state of the art” model so no 5 stars except if for value. It takes practice to get it to start once charged as it needs two precise short presses on the button - one does not work and too long a push does not work. This aspect could have been simplified but once mastered all works well. Worth considering and functional.
