Excellent backpack!! Fast delivery!!

Pretty cool but bulky
I was excited to be getting this backpack with the cool solar panel right on the cover. When it arrived, it looked like it was going to be great- then I put it on and the straps were literally causing me to walk with my arms out like wings because they are so wide and bulky. They are not a good fit for body mechanics because they are pretty much straight with no curve or tapering around the armpit and chest areas to make it comfortable. I'm sending to to my nephew who is studying computers and hopefully he can wear it comfortably. It's too bad, because if I had been able to wear it without having my brachial arteries occluded, I would not have to keep looking for wall plugs.

It’s worth it
I wish it came with a power bank like the other people I see in reviews but, it’s okay.I love the bag. The only reason I don’t give it an overall of 5 stars is because customer service didn’t care to respond to an issue I had. Otherwise, a great product.

Charging iPhones did not work
While I am excited to get a bag so innovative a few issues. firstly the user manual sent with the bag has very little trouble shooting information, the manufacturer should have provided more user informationsecondly when I tried to charge my iPhones I got error messages on my phone.best wishes

I love the size and durability of this bag, but the solar charger isn't working for me. It's the main reason that I bought this bag. Yikes! That's a lot of money spent for something that doesn't work.
