When I first felt the material, I thought it felt okay. It wasn't the softest silk but it also wasn't too coarse. Sleeping on it was a different story as I felt like my heat made the pillow/material feel warm very quickly so I constantly had to flip the pillow over to feel cool again. The price is cheap so I didn't expect a miracle but I would recommend getting something a bit higher in price, especially if you wish to have a constantly cool pillow/pillow case. What this silk does great though is storing heat so I'd highly recommend this if you're planning to go camping or something where the weather is freezing as I'm sure this would help keep you warm. The material is also good enough if you wish to use it for arts and crafts or cosplay. It says to only hand wash it but I put it in the washing machine and it came out fine but I highly recommend washing it before use with mostly softner as I thought it helped make it feel soft.

Love the pillowcases! Super soft & feel amazing...the Wine color is so rich but I ordered White🤨I decided to keep them because I didn't feel like going through the process of returning them, next time take better care in processing the order correctly.

I bought these because I have curly hair and satin or silk pillowcases keeps it from flattening out. I did not want to pay for silk so I tried these as an alternative. LOVE them! I get very hot at night (hot flashes!) and these pillowcases do not make me sweat. They came without any smell but I washed them first anyway on delicate and hung to dry. They wash perfectly, dry VERY quickly, and my hair is still curly and soft in the morning. If you don't want to pay for silk do not hesitate to buy these - great price and great quality. Took off one star because I ordered a queen and it seems oversized. I could have gotten a standard for my queen pillow I think, but since price is the same I guess it doesn't matter.....

I really love the color of this pillowcase. However I was a little bummed when I realized it’s not as soft as my other cheapie silk cases I’ve bought. They also run a little bit bigger than your standard pillowcase so I’m constantly having to adjust my pillow. Other than that I can’t really complain for the price point. It really is a beautiful accent for my bed!

This did not live up to the description! I bought these pillow cases because I thought it would help keep my hair in place so I wouldn’t have bed head! It isn’t worth the money!

Bought these. I have used them for 3 nights and love them. They don't get too hot or too cold. Nice and soft. Easy on my curly hair and no face wrinkles. I'm glad it came with 2. When one is being washed, I have the other to rotate. Great price and color choices

Good buy for the price. Good backup when I forget to cover my hair at night.

These are fine for the price, but they snag very easy. I've had them for a month and they have little snags on them. They are soft and sewed together well, but the material quality is lacking. I wouldn't use them for a display pillow unless they're for looks only. I would not buy them again.

The only thing is the colour is darker than expected. It is a mulberry shade but very nice. It keeps my hair in check and prices I don't mind paying.
