A well put together pan
I tried a couple of eggs and sausage on this. I was impressed with how fast it heated up on the induction burner. Cooked quickly and at a lower setting. I'm starting to see a difference in the performance of a pan with that insert in it vs a pan like this built to a higher standard throughout. I was looking for a plain SS pan, saw this and the used like new price got me. Everything I've gotten off the .. used -like new .. list has been just fine. This is another win for me.

Love it
Love this pan! Only thing that I wish it didn’t have is such a long handle. Easy to clean and just the right size for two people. We have their induction plate and love that too.

Comfortable handle, perfect nonstick
Quite small but good for Cooking for One person. Handle is incredibly comfortable versus annoying stick handles on my All-Clad pans. This one is slightly rounded, solid and molded to the hand. Great price on a ret'd item.

Amazing!!!
I don’t review much but this pan, I had to in order to praise it to the company and to others. I usually order from another popular company that is very good and very spendy. I just didn’t want to spend that much money on this pan so I set out to search Amazon and picked this one. I can’t believe it’s just as good as the other company that costs so much more money. I am so happy with this purchase!! You cannot possibly find anything wrong with this pan

Capable of lasting
I increased the Stars to 4 because i have followed the directions and have not used this product above medium heat . The pan still preforms well. Also I never use anything but silicone in it so it is scratch free as well. Hand wash only. I ruined the first pan by doing all the wrong things. This one is still great because I pay attention to the way I use it.

Love these fry pans. Higher rim, weight, non-stick surface are all great. My favorites (I have 2 sizes).

Great non stick pan for induction cooking
I bought a set of these pans 3.5 years ago when I had my new induction cooktop installed. They’ve lasted well, but it was time to replace the smallest one, I’ve been happy with the quality so I purchased the same again. Note to self do not immerse hot pan in water or it will degrade the non stick surface.
