These are very sturdy and comfortable and weight is not an issue. Well made and very easy to initially set up, good directions. Foldable and small carry not a strong consideration for a couple 80 yr. olds for neighborhood and woodland walks. We'll leave them set up and ready to go.What we appreciate the most is an improvement in walking speed, improved physical posture, stability and the willingness to get out and about quite often. Arthritis and joint replacement has taken it's toll over the yearsYes we highly recommend these and they won't break the bank. Reclaiming our life again.

What do you get someone that has everything? Or doesn’t want anything for their birthday? THESE! My husband has been talking about how expensive walking sticks were at Costco and he even fashioned two tree limbs to use as walking sticks while trekking on his daily walks🙂. I surprised him with these and he was thrilled! They are so convenient because they are lightweight yet strong and they can adjust to any height. They are collapsible so they travel well and are not “in the way!” Great value!

I finally got a chance to really use these. I love that they breakdown to fit in my carryon suitcase. One of the sticks was perfect and worked as expected. The other did not. It could not keep the extension that I set it on. I hand tightened the screw but it didn’t hold. Luckily this set was split up between my sister and I for this trip so I didn’t mind that my stick was shorter than the other. The tips held up and the handgrips were comfortable. I will probably just use them in the unextended position in the future if I can’t get the second stick to hold position.

Other trekking poles I bought on Amazon, the plastic latch broke, so I was looking for new ones. I bought these for backpacking. I tested them out on the trail today. These are so much better. Why?1. They feel sturdier/more substantial.2. They collapse to a size that fits in a carry-on.3. They only have one latch per pole and it’s metal.4. The system is such that when you collapse them and then set them up again, they are already dialed in to the same length as where you set them before.5. Easy setup and take down.Are they worth the money? Absolutely.

These are great, they’re balanced, easy to adjust the height, make life easy, makes walking (ok and roller skating) easier, and they’re nice and light. They’re sturdy for walking at home if you’re learning how to walk again

Excellent quality for the price. Great for the novice hiker like myself. They’re light weight and easy to adjust. Sturdy enough for my level of hiking. I use them on a very hilly part of the NC MTS trail near Falls Lake. Not the most challenging of trails but certainly not flat by any stretch. These have proven to be up to the challenge.

Just came back from Galápagos Island trip, and used these poles to steady myself along the roughest volcanic rock terrain. They held up better than my knees! Compact & adjustable. Good selection of replaceable tips that came with the poles in the bag.

This was easy to slip the sections into place according to directions as well as adjust to my walking height. I like the different rubber feet and found the perfect ones for me. I'm old, and I'm using these for my walking issues as I do not want to walk with a cane. These keep me stable with a bit of European mountaineering flair at the same time. With these, I can walk with a grin.
